Correct fit
Fit perfect and works great, no more problems

Tight fit...
Works but....The fit in a 2002 Ford Explorer was a bit tight. So tight that the button would get stuck in the position you pressed. I had to swap out the PUENGSI button caps and install the original ones.Also, the PUENGSI tabs did not perfectly align to the cover but eventually did snap in.

Was a Good Replacement
Was a good replacement for the switch in our 99 F-250 that went out. Was easy to install and worked great while we had the truck.

Not quite to specs
Pros- deliver quickly, price is good.Cons- the buttons are not quite to specs. The top right button is off about .75mm, the lower left button off .25 mm, and the lower right button .5 mm. So consequently it took me under 20 minutes to install, them I spent the next 45 minutes removing and grinding to make them fit. It took me 5 times to remove and rework, each time risking breaking the snap tabs that hold the piece in place. I gave the specs for the next guy who buys this, not for the manufacturer who should have done this right in the first place.

Item exactly as described. Easy to install. I have installed it for almost a month and so far it has worked very well.

Piece of junk
I don't tend to write reviews as I expect a product that I purchase to work or when it doesn't be sent a working replacement. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me with this item. I received the first one, plugged it in and it immediately started smelling something burning when I went to roll any window down. 3 of the 4 buttons would work before it before it started smoking. Requested a replacement and had the exact same thing happen. I know it isn't the truck because the switch that is in there (which also has only 3 of 4 buttons working) still works and does not smoke. The dead switch was a different one both times from the one that is not working on the factory one. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. I didn't want to spend the $120 for an OEM one but it looks like that may be my only option. Buyer beware!!
