Good product to have right before a good pump at the gym.
Has no taste so if you do decide to mix it with a beverage it goes hard to hand. Well worth the cost. It does take it a minute to kick in but when it does the effects are noticeable.

I like it, it's flavorless so i can just drink it with plain water, you get tingling it's fine though it goes away quickly.

Not sure of its good or bad
So when I drink carnosyn in my preworkout I get that tingling feel but when I take this carnosyn post workout I do not feel the tingling effect at all. The bottle I got has moisture in it and coz of that the powder is wet and has lots of balls in it. Aeoma is nasty
