So far, I love this supplement. I've been using them for a month and just got an improved blood test back. It has the vitamins and minerals that you actually need, and in a form that is better than most other supplements. I've used cheaper supplements my whole life, but usually the cheaper supplements have manufactured vitamins and not natural vitamins and minerals. This product isn't cheap, but it's not expensive either. If you care about your health then buy better supplements, like this one! The capsules aren't tiny, but they are smaller and easier to swallow than most other supplements I've had in the past.

Life changing supplement for me; reduces inflammation and gives me an energy boost. Caps are large but not hard to swallow. Good value at the larger quantity.

I hate to sound cliche out of the gate, but this product has been life changing. Shipping was incredibly fast. I think this is a great product. I have 'normal' thyroid levels, but I have all the symptoms of a low functioning thyroid. I thought I would try this product after reading the results that others had gotten.There is something in this supplement that almost immediately made me feel better on my energy levels. I’ve taken other supplements from this company & have had huge benefits. I’m not an influencer, nor am I trying to get anything from leaving this review, so you have nothing to lose by trying it. I have had a malfunctioning (hypo) thyroid for roughly the past three years. Unfortunately it is not recognized by most doctors because it is on the lower end of the "poor" spectrum. For a brief time I was given a very low dosage of prescription medication which worked. But as soon as my prescription ran out my symptoms returned. Constant fatigue and weight gain were just two of the symptoms I was experiencing.I have taken several of the Pure Encapsulations supplements in the past, for overall support and to help me with the Fibromyalgia I was diagnosed with roughly seven years ago. This brand of supplements was suggested to me from a holistic medicine doctor that I was referred to after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (and I refused to allow Western medicine doctors to turn me into a zombie with sleeping pills, muscle relaxers, depression medication, etc.). I have been very happy with everything that I have tried including this Thyroid Support Complex. I have noticed less change with the energy factor (which could be more to do with the Fibromyalgia issues) but a definite decrease in weight gain. I would say that it took at least two months to see any measurable difference and that it is slow going still but that is okay with me. I also like the fact that the ingredients are composed of vitamins and nutrients rather than lab created chemicals that my body will grow dependent on. Any time I can resort to a holistic approach is ideal!The capsules are a bit on the larger side and sometimes get temporarily stuck on the way down so I would suggest taking them with a large glass of water, or a liquid with a thicker consistency seems to help. I would definitely not suggest taking these on a empty stomach because the supplement is fairly potent and may easily cause you to feel nauseas (as do many of the other supplements that Pure Encapsulations makes).

Great product just as advertise just what I was looking for very satisfied

Finding the right addition or supplement with Hashimoto's is a slippery slope even for doctors obvi, but something in this, possibly the iodine, triggered my hashimotos to flare a little and I found that after 2-3rd days, the 4th, 5th and today I was met with joint pain and noticeable fatigue. I may try taking just one capsule and see if that reduces some of the negative effects and brings out the positives, but every body is different so prob just not for me, but maybe it will work for you. I'll keep searching.
