Star Trek: Lower Decks - The Complete Series

Great series, really fun! Fills in a lot of missing or what-could-have-beens from the other Star Trek shows. Probably the only real good Star Trek show after Enterprise (or The Orville).

Great series, funny and good to watch even if not a star trek fan. Very office, archer and other similar show vibes. Gald that it was on disc, as I like watching it when I want with out worry about internet connection issues on by bluray player or media PC

Great quality item, even for those 'lower deckers'! Wanted to have the whole set, and enjoyed the quality of the display, good case, good commentary and 'extras', a great piece for the Star Trek Fan. And for those that relent at this series, the cartoon, artwork, etc., etc.; this series is MORE Star Trek (and more love to it) then anything else made in the last 10 years, the writer/s really LOVED old canon trek and had no problem making fun and referencing anything and everything. You'll appreciate it even more if you KNOW your trek, and well versed (not nerd out level, but just knowledgeable) in the TNG, DS9 and VOY eras; even some Kirk references to ToS!

I love this show, I love it use of references, it's humor, and the surprising about of depth.

Paramount is going to rip this away from me. I don’t trust them. I’m buying this DVD set as a backup before they inevitably destroy my soul by removing access to this delightful program. The discs unfortunately all look identical, with no color or design difference to tell the seasons apart, although they are all labeled, albeit in tiny, difficult-to-read type. The eps are subtitled, and the extras are few but fun. The first menu that comes up asks me to select German or English. This show is a must-see for firm ST fans; I'm not getting half the in-jokes and I'm still laughing nonstop.

Got me interested by seeing clips on YouTube. So glad I got the complete set. Takes like the 1st 2 season to get going .. but in the end it’s excellent. The Pakled episode & Peanut Hamper !! My favorites !!! Didn’t know Studio Titmouse did this. & now they are doing Vox Machina & Mighty Nein. (Too bad can’t get those on DVD)

Beautiful set. A must have for the addicted Lower Decker. All of the fun, all of the adventure. All of the tears and laughs, can be yours in one colorful, small package. It is only logical. It is honestly some of the very best storytelling in the Star Trek Universe and loaded with twice the love and 4X the attitude!

I've been a Trekkie for decades, and this full series set did not disappoint (mostly). I always buy the physical copy of my favorite shows, because you never know when a streaming service will abruptly pull down content (as Paramount already did with another Star Trek series). The packaging is really good too. If you have seen the show, there are some great extras, mostly on the last disc of each season. The English captioning is pretty solid, including for the commentary included with some of the episodes. That leads me to my one disappointment: the commentary rarely followed the episode itself. It was mostly the commentators chatting over the dialog about various aspects of the show. It was still pretty cool, but I don't think that was the place for it. If you have not seen Lower Decks, it was made by fans for fans of Star Trek. So it's all the fun stuff we enjoy and laugh about in our amazing and sometimes campy science fiction franchise. And everything is fair game for the humor, from Kirk and Spock all the way through Archer and T'Pol. Watching those hundreds of Star Trek episodes that came before is not required, but the more the merrier when watching Lower Decks. That's because, like most Star Trek that came before, Lower Decks has it's own well-written characters that develop throughout the series. Many of the stories use prior Star Trek as a jumping off point, then forge into new territory. So I think any appreciation of Star Trek makes Lower Decks worthwhile to thoroughly enjoy!

The series is great, but the delivery infuriated me! The box was completely broken! That's outrageous, Amazon!

Such an amazing show, and wasn't afraid to poke fun at some of the more ridiculous aspects of Star Trek. If you don't want to shell out the money for individual seasons, I recommend purchasing this set...you will not be disappointed.

A fun show, a lot of character development goes on. At times it can be extremely silly but it is always entertaining and at heart is very much a Star Trek show and they might bend but never outright break Starfleet rules.

REALLY nice set of all 5 seasons for a very decent price and in a Steelbook! I picked this up for $63 CDN before taxes. Without the steelbook that would have been a good price seeing as how they were selling each season for 25 to 30 bucks each. It was a deal I could not turn up.

I’m so glad to have the complete series without having to hunt-and-peck for each season individually. This series is gut-bustingly funny! I swear that Beckett Mariner is my Spirit Animal 😂. Everyone I’ve showed the series to has gotten a kick out of it, as well!
