Best chef knife that meet kitchen utility, best value!
The poshei chef’s knife fits snugly in my hand and cleans easily. When I have half an hour to prepare a meal, I would prefer to use a single general utility knife. I want a knife that allows me to tease out meat from pork chop bones then slice the meat, chop julienne baby carrots and cabbage, then will still have edge enough to slice a chicken breast or pork loin thin and dice garlic. Both my wife and I like cooking, and we enjoy this knife. See the pictures of us using the knife for various prepping work of some vegetable and fruit.Besides, the knife comes in a package box that is really beautiful, so i think it's a good gift purchase for friends that love cooking like us.While many knives satisfy these criteria, no other that I want in my kitchen strikes the right balance between utility and value as this chef’s knife. Highly recommend!

VERY SHARP!
Great knife! It is very sharp, so far i tried cutting veggies like tomato, herbs, squash, potatoes and they all cut like butter! Like all my knives, I handwash it and wont see the insides of a dishwater (thats just me). the grip is rather smaller that the usual but it still has a great feel to it. its weight is just perfect and felt high quality!

Get what you pay for
Knife arrived on a Sunday morning, was supposed to arrive Monday. The knife was loose in its box and the tip protector was not on the tip but rather loose in the box. There are 2 small chips in the cutting edge of the blade, both are near the middle of the blade. Box is cheap, but it’s worth more than the knife itself since it’s free of dings and chips. Pay more, get better quality and craftsmanship. This is fine for a weekend cook, but not a home chef.

Sharp!
Came out of the box sharp except the tip, ran it across my thumb accidentally and didn't cut my thumb at all. Good for my thumb, not so great for the knife, but I was testing it on some cardboard and it sliced right through with ease, much sharper than my pocket knives. Handle is a bit small in diameter, but not terribly so. Blade material is noticeably thin.

Great Value and Nice Feel in My Hand !!
The chef knife came in a nice paper box, good presentation for such a value !!!I performed the paper cut test for sharpness, when I receive the chef Knife, and it did a good job passing the paper cuttest !!I have done some cutting chores with the knife, and it did a very good job !!Great value and very good performance for such a basic price !!Recently, I bought two basic chef knives for kitchen work, of the two, I prefer the Poshei for value and performance !!!

Excellent knife, Great quality
This knife is an excellent knife, especially at the lower price. The best thing about it is that it cuts really well. Very solid knife - good weight in your hand. Great quality. I think it will last a very long time. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent quality and sharpness for such an inexpensive knife. I really love it. It even comes with a good box to keep it safe in. I was really surprised at how nice this knife is.
