An excellent flavor I didn’t know I missed!
I actually have not bought this stuff in years. I needed something to go with my colonoscopy prep that mixes with another product and I definitely had my doubts that this would be effective. I could’ve been wrong! Initially, I just used half of one packet to go with 1 quart and it was so delicious. I just put in the rest of the packet. I can’t believe I haven’t had this in so long. It’s really that good!

I use it for kidney health. Ive had 4 kidney stones and this dissipates the stone because of the type of stone it is. Check with your Urologist.

This does taste like lemonade (not the real deal from fresh lemons, but about the same as most lemonade mixes), but seems to be lacking the little kick of tartness that lemonade should have. Overall, if you are looking for a less sugar, lower calorie alternative than other mixes, this would be a good choice, but I miss the tartness. On very good plus for the Crystal Light Sugar-Free lemonade mix is how well it dissolves and mixes with the water. For the cost, and because the calories and sugar content are not at the top of my list for lemonade mixes, I will probably purchase other brands.
