This is a good sized, heavy duty net for 8-12 inch koi. The netting is soft enough so koi fins and scales are not injured. The handle is nice and sturdy and the length is great. Has a loop on the e d of the handle for hanging. Quality product.

Great net for skimming our pond. We have a lot of trees so we have leave, pine needles, pine cones & sticks. The netting is the right size to release the water but not the debris. We have purchased several nets over the years & this is the best we’ve had.

We have used this to scoop muck and aquatic weed debris out of our large pond area. It has been used and abused for a season. The only problem I have had was that the handle tended to come apart where it linked together in the middle. I didn't break, but the linking mechanism tended to come apart. I used duck tape to strengthen the connection and I haven't had any problem since. I would still give it a 5 star review

It's a good net, but why is the bumper strip white? A black one would have made it a little less visable to the fish you're sneaking up on.

I used a cheap pool net for the past five years, and it finally tore from all the heavy use. It just wasn’t built for picking up rocks, placing fountains in the center of the pond, or scooping out heavier debris. This pond net is a huge upgrade. The net is deep and sturdy, and the telescoping handle makes it easy to reach all the way across the pond without straining. What I love most is the thin metal rim — it lets me get right up against the rocks to pull out debris without knocking the rocks into the water. It’s exactly what I needed for real day‑to‑day pond maintenance.

Well.... it looked like a decent net....until it wasnt and our fish plummeted to a rock in the pond. Looks like where the net is melted together just unzipped... CANNOT RECOMMEND FOR LARGER FISH!

Really quite durable and useful. I had to scoop a lot of muck out of my pond and it did not break. Strong.

I purchased this to get the big guys in my tank. The handle is a nice length for a pond, but definitely too long if you are going to use this on an indoor aqurium. You will need to whip up a short handle for this purpose. Great net for getting those fast cichlids. Soft netting, sturdy frame. Well packed and shipped on time

I like the fact that this product was represented properly. It’s heavy duty and I’m sure it will. Last my Koi are fairly large, so I needed a heavy duty one.

This will work for fishing leaved from our pond, including from the bottom.
