Victorio VKP1130 Stainless Steel Multi-Use Canner with Temperature Indicator w/Stainless Steel Canning Rack

I haven’t canned in decades but we moved to CO and the farmers’ market had some awesome apples. The pot came and was perfect—and had an extra can rack with it. I was worried because of the negative reviews about dents, etc. but again the pot, racks, and top were all flawless. I’ve used it for 3 batches of applesauce so far and found it easy to use, and I don’t see how anything could rust. I especially like the indicator on the top of the lid that has different zones for different altitude ranges. I highly recommend this.

This was a sturdy pan to use for water sterilization. I had to return it because it wouldn’t fit in my kitchen due to the size.

I used this product for canning and have used it one time. I like the convenience of having the heating element within the canning unit -- I did not like the fact that having used it only once that the interior of the stainless surface became pitted and shows the outline of the heating element in the stainless material; I did not think it should have done this with only one use.

Good looking pot. I have only tested the temp gauge. I have not used it for food yet.

Perfect for canning! I bought it because it was recommended by America’s year kitchen as the best pot for canning.

Loved it! Heavy duty stainless steel! We have a garden & used it twice or I should say my daughter & son-in-law use it.
