I couldn't really feel the difference taking the vitamins in lockdown but I thought i'd give them a go instead of my usual seven seas cod liver oil multivitamin. I feel it is good value for money and helps you get the supplements you need. I've reverted back,

Good Vitamins
I take these as a supplement to my diet and I am fairly active and the added ginseng I think does give me a little boost, I take one in the morning after breakfast. Easy to swallow oval tablet and no indigestion or hartburn.

Pricey... And not sure if they're any better.
Are these any better than other multivitamins? I'm not sure but I don't think so. Others are certainly cheaper but I got these on offer and thought i'd give them a go. They certainly talk the talk on the box and it's very bright, they're also easy to swallow.... But I don't see any difference in comparison to cheaper versions so I'll stick with them. Just my opinion of course.
