Itsy Bitsy Stories for Reading Comprehension Grade K

I will be totally honest these workbooks are very challenging. I have used other reading comprehension workbooks and my son goes them completely but this workbook take more thinking which is a fantastic thing for children especially with the school system being so tough. Plus there are many teachers who do not really want to teach they prefer to go to work and give instructions to students and that is it. I recommend this workbook to all parents because these books push your child to think and work independently. They must have these qualities to survive the school system requirements.

Very good workbook, especially for a kindergartner who does not do well with long drawn stories. Stories have easy vocabulary for a young reader, and a lot of sentences have rhyming words. Stories have pictures to help with comprehension. Wish the book came with more stories that get more challenging and thought provoking as you learn on.

This workbook has been a wonderful addition to my nightly activities with my 5 year old. My daughter started reading at 3 so I wanted to get a product to be certain she's actually comprehending what she's reading. I highly recommend!

This book has "just the right size" stories for reading comprehension practice for kindergarten. It has been easy to use.

I love the short stories and it keeps the kids engaged in reading. Although I feel there could have been more comprehension questions instead of just 3.
