I was excited to try this whitening kit. The reviews seemed good. I used almost all of the syringes. I have one left. Each of the at least 12 sessions I left the blue light on 30 minutes. The light will stay on 10 minutes and I would turn it back on for a total of 3 times. I did see some improvement but not what I had hoped for. I didn’t have a schedule. I just used it when the opportunity arises.

The mouth piece a a bit uncomfortable, but the gel and light work great. It brightened my smile noticeably within just ten minutes. I plan to buy additional gel in the future.

I bought it and my light didn’t work. I thought maybe the batteries weren’t good so I went and bought new batteries and tried it, and it still didn’t work and that was straight from the box.

The gel did not irritate my gums. The whitening was not real aggressive, but sufficient. I used two syringes over several days. Will wait 2 weeks and do two more syringes, subtly whitening, which may be a good thing, not too much too quick.
