Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures, 3rd Printing (Standard ASCE/SEI 7-10)

Clearly a fake. I purchased a used copy to save money. A lot of figures have text missing. For example, there will be something like " = radius of curvature" where there's nothing to left of the equal sign. There are duplicate pages. There are many instances where subscripts or exponents are missing as well. It seems to be confined to just the tables and figures. I have a PDF copy, so I can fill in the blanks. Just be sure to look it over thoroughly when you purchase it. I had already started highlighted and writing in mine before I noticed the many discrepancies.

I know that soon we will be using the ASCE 7-16 (enforced by the new CBC), but this version (ASCE 7-10) is a great complete and easy-to-follow reference for a civil-structural engineer. The code is in outstanding condition and would be a great purchase for the ones interested in presenting the PE exam. 5 stars!

I purchased used book from Goodwill Industries of Houston. I am extremely satisfied. The book is in good as new!

The quality of this book does not match the quality of the other identical copies of this book I have seen. The pages are yellowed, thin, and see-through. It is very distracting to be able to see all of the text on the opposite side of the page.I paid for a "new, still in packaging" quality book and am very disappointed.

Good price for this Civil Engineering reference. I use this code on a daily basis. Nice to get it at a discounted rate and free/fast shipping.

A must have for structural engineers!
