I recommend this one most heartedly
This is a fabulous machine. All the knives are extremely sharp and work very very well. In seconds a large amount of vegetables is cut up or cubed which was what was interesting for me. It’s a professional machine, not to be used by children. I wish I had found that machine 30 years ago. It’s extremely well priced considering how superior it is to the other appliances in my kitchen. I’m French cook, I cook most every days and I like the best tools in my kitchen.

Dicing done in seconds
It is amazing! I meal prep a lot of my veggies so when it comes to dicing and chopping greens it is the most important tool in the kitchen. Really easy to clean since it has only a few parts to it. The only hard part to clean is the smallest dicing tool

Piece of Plastic Chute Broke Off While Using
Bought this for dicing potatoes for dog food every couple of months. Is a pain to clean. Dices nicely, however we've only had this since May 2026 and used it maybe 3 times and the top has already had pieces break off of the bottom edge of the chute (found the pieces in our diced potatoes!). It's now out of the return window and we have no way to get a replacement. Disappointing!
