To start, this device is so cool! The technology packed into this camera drone is incredible. Lightweight and very, very capable as a professional quality camera paired with truly impressive robotics and autonomous flight technology- the X1 Pro Max will keep athletes and photography enthusiasts alike very satisfied. I was truly impressed with the video quality, but also the sound quality. The noise cancelling built into the application is equally special. You can be 3 feet from this very powerful little drone hovering and maneuvering in the space around you and hear only your voice recorded through your mobile device microphone (running the Hover app). If you're like me and have been considering getting one of these- it's time to make the purchase. You're going to really enjoy capturing moments from all angles and elevations with this device. But perhaps most important is the Hoverair customer service and the Hovercare protection plan. Do not pass on the opportunity to protect your device! I had a "flyaway incident" that was fully covered under the Ts&Cs and the team was incredible! The agents were so responsive to all my questions (and skepticism) about the plan and coverage. I'm talking responses to my questions within just hours. You will be so glad you protected your device. I saved so much money over buying a whole new unit. Brand New replacement shipped right to my door just days later (with a quick, very reasonable and secure replacement fee). The device is amazing! But the company's service level is what sets this whole package aside from competitors. I feel very comfortable pushing my creative use cases to the limits because the drone can definitely handle anything I put it through. And any accident or damage that occurs I know will be covered by Hovercare. Absolutely recommend.

My husband LOVES his new drone! It's his new favorite toy to take when we explore the outdoors. The video quality is great and videos are easy to transfer onto phone.

While the photo quality isn’t "mind-blowing," it definitely gets the job done for those essential aerial perspectives that couples love. On its own, I’d give the image quality a solid 4 to 5-star rating for professional use. My son helped me operate it during a recent wedding, and he absolutely loves flying it. From a pilot’s perspective, he gave it a 4-star rating because the live feed on the phone screen looks a bit pixelated while you’re filming. However, once we pulled the actual footage off the card, the final video quality looked great. I posted a few photos so you could see the quality. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that delivers good results where it counts!

Wow- what a great product. If you want content and need it fast and easy, this drone is for you. Easy setup and high quality. Customer service is top notch too, answering questions and resolving my any issues you might have. Drone is fast capture, fast editing, and fast in downloading. With all the settings at your fingertips, compact design, no remote needed, it’s perfect for getting advance videos, selfies, or birdseye views. Highly recommend

It has lots of issues that I could not over look it and had to return it. I wish we could lock in an object that it will follow. It could not follow our top down car. Bike follow was good but momentum was not smooth.

When it works it’s wonderful, but that lasts very little. I enjoyed it for a couple of months and then it softly slammed agains a wall and then trouble started: The camera would not turn and it would stay stuck in place, and on top of that now it does not connect to the app on my phone. This is my second HOVERair, I also bought the first version of this product, it got caught in some branches and then never worked well, called customer service and never responded and had it temporally fixed by a geek, but it broke again. It’s a great product, but it’s very delicate and it breaks easily. I just bought the DJI version, lets see…

this is my second Hover Air drone. I had the original for about 2 years. everyone want to touch it. it is so so portable, it really goes everywhere. on the beach, hiking, pool parties and just get togethers. Want a group photo? pull out the drone and get one from 15 ft away and 10 ft in the air. with hd video you can just pull out the frame you want to keep. no controller! flies itself! best investment ever.

This drone doesn't require much training to operate because there are a variety of preprogrammed modes that would meet the need for most people in taking great scenics photos.
