Panels are generally well manufactured, color is even, no noise, quick statarting, come with the hardware (cables and some nuts) to install them in an overhead hanging position. Drivers are pretty basic and could get crashed during the transportation, so we had to re-order once to get ones undamaged. Cable length to the driver is a bit short (10 inch at most), so you have no choice but to keep them next to the panel. Drivers get a bit hot during operation, so extra cooling wouldn’t hurt (in our installation they sit on aluminum frame). One of the led elements in one of our 5 panels came in defective so there is tiny shadow in that spot near panel border, which isn’t easily noticeable. Otherwise we are happy with our choice, they’ve been running nicely for a couple of month now.

Lights are bright and all 5 worked. However all five of the led driver covers are broken. There are no instalation instructions not even a damn picture on the box on how to use the “suspension” kit. And I’m damn sure that I’m going to have a hell of a time with customer service if I try and contact them. I did like the price though not going to lie. I don’t have a drop celing to install them in I was planing on hanging them from the rafters in my garage and maybe one on the celing of my kitchen but that’s not going to happen.

If I could give them 1/2 star I would The cheap plastic drivers three out of five in the box were broken. They can truly not be flat mounted. No wiring or mounting instructions at all in the box. The big bulky cheap plastic drivers make mounting and wiring even more complex. I would send the whole box back but we did not open them until we started another phase of a remodel job. So now I am stuck with them because of the return policy. I have used several other flat lights like this that I got at Home Depot where I will be going back to get more. These were nothing but a waste of money and my time. The remaining two will probably end up being used as hanging lights in my shop because they are not going to work as a flat surface mount light.

Replaced all the old 2x4 office lights with these. As with the other reviews, they are a bit small for the traditional 2x2 drop frame openings. I found that some trusty duct tape you can hold them in place with no problem. just tape the backside of the light with the tape and press onto the frame. Great look and really brightens an office when compared to the old lights

Good price but 4 out of the 5 worked and the manufacturer really didn't help as to send a replacement of the one after there already installed they said to send all 5 back

These lights are great, bright

We liked the lights just fine and used them in a basement remodel project. However, they were sold in a package of 5 lights for a set price and 1 of the 5 lights didn't work so we were disappointed in that.
