Fits in 12 in Pantry!
Fit exactly and the space we needed it. Measurements were correct and it looked just like the picture. We needed the smallest microwave possible to fit into our pantry remodeled. As long as both doors were open, you could have a microwave in there and this one fit perfect. It’s quite loud for such a little microwave, but we didn’t use it all that often so it wasn’t too bad. You have to push the door open button before opening the door every time, but that part of the door functionality was advertised. It worked for us for over a year and a half before we moved out and we left it for the new owners. Was a reliable little microwave, has a light on the inside, so you can see through the door at your food and it was easy to use.

The oven works very good. It’s nice and small compact. It’s great for things that fit in there rather than the oven. Great for making toast if you need a new counter oven. This is a good one. I would buy it again. I highly recommend it.

Perfect size for re-warming.
fits very nicely on the counter top. Does not take up very much room. Heats food quickly. Controls are not had to understand. The color matches my other appliances. Installation was so easy it was a matter of open box and plug it in. I have used other small microwaves and this one is much quieter that most. Product did have a small dent in the top side but so minor not worth sending back. Registration of the product was easy. Manufacture offers and extend three month Warrenty that is not so easy to register for. It does not recognize the model number for the product. The contact information in the manual is not helpful ether. I am glad Amazon is backing this product with a one year Warrenty.

Great little microwave! Time will tell.
Just wanting to let people know that this little microwave, made by COMFEE, is quite nifty for the price. I started out my microwave buying experience spending $400 for a top of the line (or so I thought) microwave, but the shipping experience from Amazon (thru Joe's Appliance) was soooo horrible...as in, microwave came with box mangled (and appliance body bent badly so I refused the shipment and got my money back) that I just decided to get a cheapy. My only problem was it had to have a small footprint to fit on a shelf in my kitchen. Well, the COMFEE brand microwave fit what I needed, and I can still put a full sized dinner plate I to it if need be!!It runs actually pretty quiet, but the door sounds a bit clingy to open and shut (trick is, open while slightly pressing door in and shut door with a light snuggy push instead of slamming it shut). It is small, but looks great and does the trick. I don't microwave much, but still use it about everyday for heating milk for my coffee or reheating leftovers etc. At around $88.99, I splurged and bought the four year Asurion insurance. BTW, Asurion is pretty doggone good to stand behind their word if a product really goes South. So if you need a small little microwave for a small space and you don't try to cook huge meals in it, I have found that so far, it's a really good deal.Much better than the fiasco of trying to get a large high priced appliance to my house, sign for the delivery even though trying to get it delivered when I am actually HOME (I work. You know?) Then dealing with the mangled mess.NOTE: If you see a damaged delivery box you HAVE TO SIGN FOR, do yourself a BIG favor and open the box and check out the product BEFORE you sign for it. Then you can refuse the thing and let the delivery person ship it back. Joes Appliance did get my money back to me a.s.a.p., to be fair.

Worst microwave I’ve owned
This is the worst microwave I’ve ever owned, hands down. It doesn’t even come close. To begin, it’s small. This isn’t terribly bad; however, I can’t even pop a bag of popcorn because the bag won’t rotate. The inside of the microwave is simply too small to accommodate a standard bag of popcorn.Second, the door locking mechanism is a complete pain. It does absolutely no good and makes the microwave much more difficult to use than it needs to be.Even worse, the tray on the inside consistently comes unlodged. It’s very easy to knock out of place, and it’s a pain to fix every single time I want to put something in the microwave.I paid a little extra for this microwave vs the standard ones I’ve gotten in the past. Absolutely did not get what I paid for.

Not The Best Value
I'm disappointed in the performance of this appliance in two respects: 1. The turntable frequently slips off of its spindle and stops with the food container jammed against the sidewalk, and 2. This is a very loud appliance: it makes a loud hum in operation and a loud BANG every two seconds which is apparently a poorly designed turntable rotator. On the plus side its compact, fits easily on the counter of a small urban apartment, has a simple and attractive retro design, and is easy to operate with ooking and defrostingpresets that work well.
