I'm usually pretty consistent with my morning routine, but I've found that adding this product has made my start to the day feel a bit smoother. I would give this 0 stars if I could! I got this for my husband since he had been wanting to try it but that was a HUGE MISTAKE!! This made him extremely ill to the point he was almost hospitalized. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
