does this grated cheese melt on food like the more expensive brands? I remember as a child we ate this kind only and it doesn't melt at all.

This is really fine and sprinkles like a powder. Some grated cheeses are thicker and stringy. I use this all the time with soups or anything that has tomato. It mixes in really nice and is flavorful.

Real imported Parmesan

That’s real original American Parmesan with good flavor and taste. Before I ordered in Kraft Store and it was full artificial chemical taste and even color. You can see in the pic - left one is artificial and right one is original one. Highly recommended
