Went with LG — no regrets whatsoever
I was genuinely unsure which brand to go with, but decided on LG and I’m so glad I did. Couldn’t be happier with the decision. The cleaning performance is excellent — clothes come out properly washed every single time. What also stands out is how quiet it runs — not much noise at all, which is a big plus in a home setting. Decent build, reliable performance, and does exactly what a washing machine should — just better. If you’re sitting on the fence about which brand to choose, just go with LG. Thank me later.

Product 5/5 Features 5/5 Installation 5/5 Demo presentation 3/5 I would be more happy if installation guy gives details presentation of each function of options (which is there actual job), how to use it, where to put detergent, liquid detergent & bleach/softener, how to use only wash/only pre-wash/ only rinse option. After installation they won't answer your call. LG customer service on toll free number is good. Delivery was on time without any damage. I bought 9kg machine for family size 4+2 & it was good decision as it will accept additional clothes along with daily clothes. If you don't have excess clothes regularly than 8 kg is also enough. Parda, bedsheet & sweater i tried, it washed very well & shine very good. Suggest to use liquid detergent & little quantity of COMFORT softener, it will give very good fragrance. Compartment of liquid detergent & softener is provided seperately in machine, don't mix it. Design of detergent compartment should be change according to liquid detergent, after filling little size of liquid detergent comes out in drum before water flow start due to design of compartment. No water leakage, no heavy vibration, no loud noise.

Not satisfied for delivery of the product.
Machine is good but the delivery agent refused for home delivery and we have to pay for it. I want my money back ₹ 120/-, though it may be less but why should I have pay for it? *Unsatisfied for delivery*
