I really needed a reliable waterproof layer for my cot due to medically induced night sweats and an non air conditioned room; but specialty fitted waterproof sheets are out of my range for the size that I need (25x75-in). Instead, I built this perfect system using three items.I start with an Olee Sleep 4-Inch Tri-Folding Memory Foam Topper (25x75). Over that, I place this SPRINGSPIRIT 34x76 Hospital Bed Pad. Rather than relying on a standard thin sheet layer, this pad utilizes a heavy-duty 4-layer design. The quilted top quickly absorbs and disperses heavy moisture internally into a thick fiberfill core, while the premium waterproof base completely blocks liquid from reaching the mattress. This multi-layer absorption provides significantly heavier fluid protection than a standard single-ply sheet.I secure it all with a Yarns of Cotton 25x75 Cot Fitted Sheet right over the top. It fits flawlessly, stays perfectly flat, and is 100% silent with no plastic squeaks or crinkling sounds. As a bonus, if I sweat and want to help dry the area without doing a whole load of laundry, I use a cheap handheld cordless electric air duster to blow air right on the wet area. I've tried so many different night time pads for my 5 year old son's occasional accident. These are the best I have found and I'll tell you why:Issues I've had with 6 other brands I've tried:The first ones I tried, were not truly waterproof. Some felt ultra thick and stiff like rubber (not comfortable.) Most others shift like crazy, or don't "contain" the wet so you have leakage off the edges. & other brands have often been too small, short in length, etc.This brand however, are seriously amazing:They are definitely waterproof and the contain the wetness to a small space on the pad. They are long in length and wide with tiny rubber grippers on the back, so they don't budge even with my son's hyper activity at night! They are super soft and surprisingly thin compared to all others I have tried, which means they travel great, fit in tiny European washers, etc. I have purchased 2 of these now to alternate- the others have been donated or thrown in the trash where they belong.If you need a bedpad, I highly recommend these- don't waste your time with the others.

I used the down for my grandaughter 1 time even put 2 down and pee went through them soaking everything. Don't waste money

I was recommended this product by my dad’s home health nurse. He has been bedridden now for several years, and I now permanently care for him, with assistance from a home health team. He had started to develop sores and really aggravated rashes on his back, bottom, and the backs of his thighs. We diagnosed it as a combination of heat rash, and pressure ulcers. Caring for someone who is bedridden can be quite difficult. We were using disposable “Chucks” style pads, and decided to switch to these washable cotton pads instead. It has been a game changer! Not only have his rashes, and ulcers started to heal, we are saving money, and reducing waste. It’s a win/win/win. Theses pads are soft on one side, and made of a grippy material on the other to prevent sliding. A 4 pack is perfect, so when two are dirty, two are always clean and ready to go. The material quality is nice. Very soft and breathable. They aren’t too thick, or too thin. Just right. After a few months now, they are working very well. As I said, and I have to repeat; his sores and rashes have healed up about 90%! That alone is worth the price of these pads. The size is perfect for a hospital bed, and they stay put better than the disposable pads, which create a TON of waste. I try to give the negative on products as well as the positive, but so far I can’t think of ANY negative things to say about these. If you have someone who is bedridden, amd suffering with painful rashes, ulcers, blisters or any skin conditions that are caused by; heat, humidity, etc, then these pads may be a great choice for you, or your loved one(s). They could also be used as “Puppy pee pads” as well, and would save money over those disposable pads. These wash and dry in the machine just like anything else you might put in the laundry.
