Review: Focuses on practical results from Day 1 - Useful, practical tips you can use immediately; no smokescreens. Review: Surprisingly Engaging and Interactive - This book was a delightful read for AI prompt engineering warriors. It wasn’t just a book but more like a manual, giving you knowledge, charged instruction and exercises through the workbook sections. Don’t expect to be a passive reader with this one. The book dives into the fundamentals, including getting your “mind” right, as learning/developing new skills involves a mindset. So, surprisingly, this book goes into that, which was something delightfully unique, helpful, and unexpected for a “how to” on the technical side. I think this book was engaging, interactive, as you do many of the exercises in your chosen AI model. I also thought it helpful that it introduces people to the concept of open versus closed source models (good and the bad) and embraces the idea that open source democratizes the technology, makes it safer due to more scrutiny and is less censored. As for prompt engineering, whoa. This too was fantastic, as it highlighted the notion that prompting needs to be a detailed but best given in steps, as it allows for less problems or oversight. And working with AI is a collaboration between human and machine. Your prompt engineering needs to a be a collaborative effort—keeping in mind that humans are the drivers to getting the best out of the AI. Bottom line? This was an unexpectedly intriguing and engaging read and workbook. Over the course of the 4-day challenge, I gained a lot of insight and real world, “done it” knowledge. This book was well written, researched and edited. Well done.

A good intro to AI prompts and 4 days of activities
This is book 1 of the series, so it covers only the first four days, NOT 21. So, I guess you’ll have to buy further books to complete the 21 days and master the prompts. The book is in a conversational style and is easy to understand. The author breaks down the concepts of AI prompt engineering, and his tips about giving the AI role, specific tasks, and context are very useful. You can download a quiz from the author’s website by providing your email address. You get a copy of the book that you can put on one side of the screen, and on the other screen, you can see the workbook section with hands-on activities. This is a good intro to AI and prompting, but the problem is relevancy. Many don’t apply to me; it is aimed at someone running an online business. After four days, I still don’t have a grasp of how AI can be useful albeit make money. Perhaps it will be by the end of twenty-one days and reading further books in the series. My opinions are my own.

Disappointing. I wish to gain back the hours wasted trying to make sense of this book.
I regret buying this book. The writing is incoherent and scattered, making an already complex subject even harder to grasp. Instead of helping beginners understand AI, it leaves you more confused and doubting your own comprehension. The structure is poor, the language is unnecessarily complicated, and the attempts at humor only distract from the content. We come to books like this hoping to demystify AI, but this one doubles down on confusion with rambling explanations and weak style choices. AI is challenging enough on its own—this book only made it worse. I truly wish I could get back the hours I wasted trying to make sense of it.

Great read!
The book promises actionable results quickly. Its structure balances foundational knowledge, practical exercises, and real-world applications. It's the first in the 21 Days to Make Money with AI series, and it serves as both a primer on AI and a roadmap for integrating it into everyday activities. Each day introduces a new layer of understanding, from the basics of AI and machine learning to advanced prompt engineering. By the end of the book, readers not only grasp theoretical concepts but also gain hands-on experience through straightforward, practical exercises. The breakdown of these four days helps readers stay motivated, creating a sense of accomplishment with each chapter. The book's practicality is further underscored by its emphasis on monetization opportunities with AI. Whether it's automating routine tasks, creating engaging content, or improving customer interactions, the book outlines ways to use AI in various industries. Integrating these strategies with actionable steps makes it an invaluable resource for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and professionals. One of the book's standout features is its case studies and examples of how AI is applied in different fields. These examples bring theory and practice. showing readers the tangible benefits of leveraging AI in their work. AI Guide for Beginners succeeds in making AI both accessible and exciting, positioning his book as a valuable resource in a rapidly evolving field. I recommend it!

Informative
I learned a thing or two that I will be implementing in my use of AI. I appreciate that. I did find this book difficult to read and follow. It lacked cohesiveness for me. I like AI writing and style. I like how direct, informative, and crisp AI writing is. I frankly prefer AI writing over human writing. I am not an AI detection expert, only assuming much of what is being published today is written by AI. However, this has all the signs of being written by a ChatGPT-like AI model, with little significant human review and intervention. As such, the formatting appeared to me to be erratic and detracted from my ability to read the material, follow it, and put a cohesive story together. It answered questions on how AI is used to make money, but it also taught me that at this time, none of them seem solid enough and powerful enough to be worthwhile for me. I recommend buying and reading the book for the real world insight it provides.

Great guide for beginners in AI
I was very reluctant in start using AI in my life, but after using ChatGPT to solve a lot of questions I decided to go deeper and start learning about it and how it can help my life in very different areas. This book was great as I could learn even more about the topic and I will start using this new knowledge today!

An Action-Oriented AI Bootcamp
I was expecting a book, but what I found was a full-fledged mini-course packed with practical exercises, downloadable bonuses, and real-world strategies. Each section reads like a hands-on workshop, blending mindset shifts with prompt engineering techniques, AI tool walkthroughs, and revenue-focused case studies. It's structured around a four-day bootcamp format, but the learning continues well beyond that thanks to the interactive components—quizzes, templates, and action checklists that make implementation much easier than passive reading. What sets this apart is the clear intention behind the experience: this isn't just about learning AI—it’s about using it to make money in concrete, repeatable ways. From setting up your own AI assistants to building productized services on Etsy, the guide is brimming with specific use-cases tailored for solopreneurs with limited time and budget. The extra resources—like the personalized AI income path quiz and bonus content—make it feel more like a guided program than a book, which helped me stay engaged and confident in actually applying what I learned.

Overview, an understanding, ethics, actions, all and more are covered here
This is an easy to digest insight into the different sorts of applications that the different sorts of AI options can be put to. It addresses ethical considerations, and the author is not afraid to express an opinion or ten. Which I think is a good thing. That said, this is more about taking action and experiential learning, which is my next port of call. Understanding that the fundamental principle of GIGO (garbage in=garbage out) of computing holds true for interrogating AI is essential. To that end, the run through of how to ask better questions as well as where you choose to ask them is front and centre. I am going to apply the learning and make it concrete. I may well return to update this- I have some applications to run through the processes. Onwards!
