Excellent product.
The best. Excellent product, the principle was hesitant to buy this brand.. I already have 4 months with it... and I can say that it is fast.. I have a workshop of one daily and we use it for a lot of loads and we use it a lot and it works very well I recommend it, I had the Snapon scanner and matco tools test and those scanners cost $6 thousand and the equipment is very good I have resistant.. I have 15 years in the automotive world and it is an excellent scanner for real it is very good.

A good value to say the least
For the price you can't beat this thing. I had been looking for a new shop tool for our series of garages, the guys wanted the typical over priced snap on garbage and I wasn't about to spend that type of money. We pay an outside service to come to diagnose and program for us when I seen this. I looked it up and decided to give this a try. It's already saved us money in its first week. So it's a good value to say the least

Fast and amazing customer service.
Purchased this scan tool about a month ago and itโs been a blessing. I work at a Toyota dealer and we see about 150- 200 vehicles a day and sometimes having a fast scanner with live data can make the writing process fast as well as giving customers a realistic time frame on when the vehicle will be ready or how long we would need to keep it. I canโt wait till the Topdon TP58 comes out on Amazon so I can post a review on YouTube as well as a review on here or on the website. Thanks for all you do Topdon. Also, live customer service is amazing.

Does most everything for the price.
Great tool. I find myself using it as my main in an independent shop. Goes toe to toe with my other tools: the snapon zeus+, Matco maximus 4.0, and otofix dlite. The mdci unit is great for the price point for j2534 programming. I bought this specifically to do VVL system testing on a 2023 pacifica 3.6l, worked great. Also was able to easily code a VW body control module. Tool is quick and does a lot. Great functionality for the price. Makes me want to try the Phoenix max.
