(The ESIM is not working) The worst experience I have ever had, the ESIM is not working on my iPhone 17 pro. I contacted the Lebara customer service on the phone on Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, they do not know what to do and they were not professional specially when they said try to call us at 11 pm and when I call I realized that the call center is only from 7am till 11pm. Honestly it is waste of time and money

bought this SIM after reading the reviews, specifically for the unlimited data while on holiday in the UK, where I knew WiFi wouldn’t be available. It worked perfectly for what I needed. I didn’t want to register, and thankfully, you don’t have to—just pop it in your device and go. I used it in my dongle, and it connected straight away without any hassle. The speed was solid—around 20 Mbps—which isn’t quite the same as home broadband but more than enough to stream on my Firestick during the trip. For £10, I honestly can’t complain. If more become available in the future, I’ll definitely be grabbing another.

Like others have said, comes with unlimited everything, however when you go and take the offer up of £12.50 it fails and says already been activated on that sim. I’m only using it for a router so a phone number isn’t that important so can buy another or take up the offer which is currently on their website anyway.

Super easy to set up and I got a really easy to remember number

Works brilliant in my Mercusys mini router, unlimited WiFi for the month. Fine for web design and youtube. I just get a new one each month. Easy to set up put in and activate

Product seemed ok. I followed the instructions for registering the SIM card. The Sim Card was installed into a portable WiFi router. All set up and working very well. Only problem has been is the cost. Whilst I purchased the £25 unlimited data Card at the reduced sum of £12.50. The offer was for the card fee to be £12.50 for the first 3 months. I followed the instructions when registering the card however renewal is at £25. No discounted rate. I contacted Lebara and had to email them copies of the packaging to prove the offer. They said they would investigate and call me back !!!! I then get emails saying They tried calling me back on the Lebara number but no response. There won't be, the SIM card is in a Router, not a phone. I used the chat service to advise them of the problem. Gave them a telephone number to call me on. ... I get another email saying they tried to call but no answer. Well they did not call my mobile. They called the router!! It's absolutely useless trying to get something sorted. The customer service is terrible. If everything goes well your lucky. Have a problem ?? Well good luck trying to resolve it. Now I will wait until I'm overcharged and then request a refund. That will be another story.

As others have said this "half price for first 3 months" deal seems impossible to enable once the SIM arrives. I messaged LEBARA and got a refund of the SIM purchase price. Also do NOT purchase this if you want to use for a 5G Router as the data appears to be throttled meaning that watching streaming TV etc is a very frustrating process (keeps buffering), even though the signal and download speed seem OK when checked with an internet speed checker/ Netflix download speed checker. I've now moved back to EE for the router

Muy buena SIM No la actives en España o tu país de origen. Al llegar a Reino Unido la metes en el móvil y muy bien (sin registro ni nada...), tanto en datos como llamadas internacionales y locales. La recomiendo
