Actually works
Used this for a couple of weeks as instructed. Felt it has definitely improved the tightness in my hamstrings. Would recommend.

Strange product, awful customer service
Two pieces of wood connected by a canvas strap. It doesn’t stretch as I’d expected. What’s it supposed to do? And almost £40! When I returned it I didn’t receive the refund for three weeks.

Excellent way to stretch. Good build quality. Easy to use. Tip; roll underhand, not overhand. Quite pricey though.
