I replaced a similar unit that lasted 3 years under heavy use. The previous unit was not as well made and as functional. I installed this unit myself. The previous unit was professionally installed and loosened up over time. The mounting system of this unit is much better designed. The water flow is at least 25% stronger and the diverter valve works 100%.

Love this faucet. Just what I wanted in my kitchen. It works well. A little getting use to but now it’s great. A really great sprayer. Wish the pot filler was a little longer but I know it would not work well with the sprayer if it were longer. All in all, I’m so glad we replaced it with the slow flow faucet we had.

We've had our faucet for 3 years and I love it. It is sturdy, has great pressure, and looks nice. The only issue we've had in those 3 years is that the tiny little hot/cold red/blue indicator on the temperature/volume handle popped off. So now there is a small little hole that you only ever notice if you are the one constantly doing dishes. I would definitely recommend it. The price is right and it lasts. It also feels nice and solid and sturdy.

Overall good quality, but wish the overall height was higher and the sprayer would sit higher up over the countertop when used with standard depth sinks. The mixer valve is absolutely terrible when compared to other faucets I’ve used in general, the “middle zone” for mixing is so small that it can either be too hot or too cold. I foresee this as a potential safety issue with children since they might not be as familiar with such a “sweet spot” that’s forgiving enough to wash your hands yet isn’t too cold or too hot. If the manufacturer is reading this, please broaden the middle half for warmer mixing and the other end quarters as full on hot or cold. Besides that, this is a pretty good deal for the money, it’s overall quality is solid and both the sprayer function and regular faucet arms work great and I haven’t had any issues with leaks for the last year that I’ve owned it! I would recommend it to a friend for sure!

It looks good. It has excellent flow. It looks sturdy. Looks can be decieving, The spray handle broke off in less than a year of use in a single person household. Update: gicasa wants pictures of the broken faucet (which the amazon messaging app wont allow me to send them), so here's what a broken faucet looks like. Another update: gicasa shipped me a new spray head to replace my broken one. It took a couple weeks in transit, but the new one looks better made than the original.

Really happy with this purchase. I’ve had commercial-style residential faucets before, but the sprayers are their downfall. This sprayer is legit and very easy to operate. We weren’t really looking to have a filler attachment, but it has definitely grown on us. Given the power of the sprayer, you definitely need the filler spout. We have very thick concrete countertops, so the manufacturer sent us a longer threaded insert for the bottom (no charge), which arrived very quickly. Judging by the packaging, it may have come all the way from China. Super customer service. The only thing I do not like is the arm to hold the sprayer. It’s just not necessary and gets in the way too often. We swing it to the back and leave it there. I may eliminate it at some point if I feel ambitious. But there is no way this is faucet receiving less than 5 stars.

The installation of this faucet was easy, except for the water connections. In my case I needed a longer length, but M10 hoses are not available locally. I wish this came with 32" lines. Also it would have been nice if they marked which port was hot and which was cold. But enough about that... This faucet has great pressure from the spray! Much better than the faucet it replaced. And the ability to turn on/off the spray and main outlet separately is a real water saver. This is a solid feeling faucet which is well designed. The way the spray nozzle swings just under the other spout is a testament to that. The hot/cold direction of the lever is opposite from the norm here, but that's ok. Overall I love this faucet

We have owned this sprayer for 8 years now. It’s never given us any problems. Highly recommend.
