This Prebiotic seems to being working quite well. I went to the physician because I had food poisoning that activated acid reflux and ulcer symptoms. the physician prescribed medications and they were not working. so my sister suggested I try this product along with my medication. I am on day 14 and my stomach is doing better. I am hoping to get back to my health digestive system that I can eat anything, however in the current moment I will continue with this companies products. I am starting the probiotic tomorrow.
