The camera quality is very clear and makes ear cleaning much easier and safer since you can actually see what you’re doing. Setup was straightforward, the app connected quickly, and the different tips are useful. Feels high quality overall and works great for regular ear care.

This thing is a life saver! Get it preemptively if you get a lot of ear wax build up. I woke up and couldn’t hear out of my ear. I tried ear drops and I wasn’t having much success. When I received this in the mail, I hooked it up to my phone relatively easily and began investigating. Both of my ears were filled with wax. I looked at the plethora of attachments and found a little scoop and attached it to the tip. Not only did I clear my wax blockage, but I had fun doing it lol. Q tips can hurt because you’re going in completely blind with delicate ear canals. With this thing, you can really get in there with full visibility and clean ALL the gunk out. Not going to lie, even after my ears were clean, I used it daily for a couple days because it felt good. You think Q tips feel nice? Imagine being able to scratch the inside of your ear without impacting wax or hitting a nerve. I can imagine that this would be fantastic to check for ear infections, blockages, and nasal exams (haven’t done that yet). Fantastic tool that everyone should have!

Impressed with this ear wax removal tool. The camera quality is surprisingly clear and responsive, making it easy to safely see inside the ear canal without any lag. I also love that it includes tweezers for stubborn wax and extra inspection tools for checking ears, nose, throat, and even pets. The app connection was simple to set up, and being able to take photos or videos to share with a doctor is a huge bonus. Overall, this is a well designed, practical, and user friendly ear cleaning kit that feels safe, effective, and worth the investment for the whole family.

Really good purchase. Very easy to use and to connect to your phone does take some getting used to operating. It’s almost as if you have to move opposite visually of where you physically want to go in your ear. Pets for exactly what you need. I was able to remove large clothes of earwax without getting near my eardrum. I don’t recommend kids using this would be good for parents to use on their children recommend.

After I read a positive review of this product on ZDNET, I decided to purchase one. After unwrapping it, I realized that its accompanying literature referenced my needing to access a QR code. As I’m not a particularly knowledgeable person when it comes to computers, this threw me for a loss. (This may have bothered other reviewers who didn’t rate this product as highly as I have done.) I struggled with the QR code until I grew too frustrated with the process and gave up. I then decided to return the product to Amazon. As I was filling out the return paperwork on Amazon’s website, I ran across a 22-second video on how to get the app for this device installed and then how to pair the camera with the app. This was just the information I needed to set up my device. Three minutes later I had the camera up and running. Worked perfectly. Great little device. I’m so glad I didn’t send it back. (I did deduct one star from my review because of the lack of clarity with the literature enclosed in the product box.) EVERYTHING works perfectly. No problems at all except for my initial operator malfunction. But that’s all on me, not Bebird.

Hooolyyyy. This is the absolute best ear cleaner I've ever bought!!! GAME CHANGER I initially got this because I had a Qtip cotton got stuck in my ear! I rushed to the doctor to get it removed. I was paranoid there was still cotton there in case, so bought this ear cam! The cam was very clear! You can really see the wax, hairs, everything! Lucky for me is didnt have any cotton in my ear. And was able to clean my ears. I kid you not, the absolute CLEANEST my ears have been! I Can't believe i didn't get this sooner. Best tools hands down are the circle scraper and tweezers.

Great selection of tips. I've experienced some glitches with the video quality but nothing I can't work with. It takes some practice to use with confidence. Great for seeing all the places your doctor won't show you 😜

Great product! Definitely take your time when using it for the first time, but it becomes second nature pretty quick! The app works well and connects quickly. For anyone struggling with the tweezer attachment, make sure to slide the larger main piece down fully BEFORE screwing in the tweezers! If it’s not all the way down, it won’t work correctly. Also avoid putting on the tweezer handle if the depth limiter is attached, it can get stuck inside the tweezer handle pretty easily, so remove it first!

Very happy with this product works as described. good quality picture. the only thing that is a little annoying is every time you turn it off, when you turn it back on you have to go through the pairing process each time. It is not a hard process but just takes an extra minute.
