Got them for my grandson for baseball. Good support and they didn’t make his shoes too tight.

This is more of a elbow sleeve.

My son wears them 3/4 times a week for gymnastics and the heel wears out over 2.5 to 3 months.

Très bon soutien - utilisation sur trail
Utilisé sur un trail de 50K après grosse entorse qui se répare difficilement. Très bon soutien, hyper agréable, ne se sent pas ds la basket, pas de gêne, ni de frottement au niveau de la plante de pied.
