I can not say enough good things. I received this pillow today and my worrying about how I would recover from my eye surgery in the facedown position for several days is now lessened. This pillow is everything they said it would be and I am very happy about that.

After having a vitrectomy and being required to lay in the prone position, face down, this product brought me such a relief. I can’t even express it in words. I am grateful and thankful this company has this product. In total, I need to be in this position for 10 days and I’m currently on my eighth. Although the shipping was delayed once I got this product it truly saved my neck and upper back. Anyone in this type of situation should purchase this product, you will not regret it!

I have really benefitted from this pillow. It's easy to sleep face down, and the air circulates enough to keep from getting overheated. If I could make two tweaks to the design, one would be to make the exterior material more cooling and one would be to extend the sleep surface on the sides of the pillow so someone who changes position throughout the night can sleep on her front or on her side without having to switch pillows.
