Great test light
Very well built test light and does exactly what it's supposed to! Love the compact size and bright incandescent bulb. Needle tip has a threaded end and comes with an alligator clip.

ONE OF THE BEST TEST LIGHTS AVAIABLE
This design of test light is nearly perfect, and is an amazing value. The quality of the light and cable are really good, and it feels great in your hand. It is able to easily maneuver into tight spots and has become one of my favorite/most used test lights. The provided light bulb is adequate for most uses, but can also be easily replaced with various other options for custom current requirements.I guess OTC has recently discontinued this light???? IF SO I BEG THEM TO RESUME MAKING THEM!

It's size is compact, red incandesent 12v light bulb, coiled cable. Quality is great as always with this OTC products.

Nice little unit
Copper earth clamp is a nice touch,nice fat cover for said clamp so no issues there.Earth lead appears to be sealed into the plastic shroud that extends from the tool,so this is a good thing as it means your not pulling on the cord where it enters the tool.Good size unit no too long not too short.The thread at the base of the probe is a nice touch & can fit numerous types of other attachments.Would like to see if poss in future versions,perhaps 3 LED'S (6,12,24) or something to not indicate what the exact voltage maybe but a general idea i.e if there's say 8 volts on a 12 volt system the 6 volt LED lights up ? meh it's just an idea.It will take time for the cord to stay stretched out a bit more so while new it does have quite a return on it so you must be wary of that when using at distances

Awesome little test light
I love the small size of this light. My only gripe is the light isn’t very bright, and if your hand covers the bulb, it’s hard to see it illuminate.

I have to say, I make ,use and rely on a test light daily. .OTC makes good tools at great prices! Amazon always delivers me the goods! I like it's small design, quality make, and appealing look. P.s.it has a red glow,long cord, and threaded alligator clip attachment!Love it!

EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD QUALITY
Just got this today and already used it once. Comes inside a nice and durable rectangular tube made of clear Lexan plastic so you can keep in a tool drawer and not worry about losing the small adapter that comes with it. Quality is top shelf. It's made in China. Sadly, America used to make quality products like this for a reasonable price. I wish we could get that capability back instead of bickering over sleezy politics.
