great for digestion and seams to give me more energy, I always take on an empty stomach seams to work better

The product is good. Shipping is absolutely horrible. I ordered these on July 30th 2026. When I ordered them amazon said I’d get them in 2 days. IT TOOK 18 DAYS….18!!!!! FOR AMAZON TO FINALLY DELIVER IT.

I finished 2 bottles of these and did not see any different, which means it's not effective for , and this is expensive. I took it at recommended 2 in the morning, have to say it gave me good energy. Easy to swallow, and no after taste. No problem of digesting it, which is good for me too because I have Gerd. The only down side is it doesen't curb my hunger that much, maybe an hour or two, that's it! I won't buy it again.

I’ve been taking this for many months, I do notice when I take it a lose weight easier and don’t gain as easy, you still have to eat clean and exercise well but it amplifies what you are already doing and does help you not gain so easy during those times when you don’t eat so great, I do feel better when I take this, my digestion feels great on this as well.
