Great buy for the money.
You can't compare a 50 dollar amp to Jl audio 750 amp that's 500 dollars so the review below comparing apples to oranges. .anyways, I run rockford fosgate high dollar amps and jl audio subs. My current setup is two tw3 12 jl audios with 1000 watt RF amp. About a $2000 set up I buy quality stuff for myself because I'm audio head as well.I ordered this amp for a friend of mine. I also ordered 2 10 inch subs for him. They are 300 watts rms each so total of 600 watts. This amp is beating the brakes off these subs at 2 ohm so it's gonna be close to what it says it's doing at 1ohm . Wiring load ( ohms) severly matter how much power you get from a ampYes it might me 100 watts under 750 at 1ohm but who cares. It's 50 dollars. It's gonna power a set of 300 watt rms subs like a champ and your gonna be impressed with it for the money. I'm very impressed with it and always love finding these budget bangers. Also I found a dyno run by old school stereo on youtube for the smaller 450 watt amp they sell I think it says around 300 watt on the dyno so I'd estimate this amp to be around solid 550-600 watts for 50 dollars.

Well worth it
For the price, power and sound quality it's definitely worth it. Pushes an infinity reference 1032w just fine.

Good product for price
I'm a beginner at installing subs and amps but this worked perfectly for my single 10" sub and I've had it installed for months now no issues good sound quality

Good, but not a good as others I have tried from this brand
So, there is a high end home audio brand named PLINIUS. Exact spelling and capitalization, for which I doubt this manufacturer has any relation, based on price alone. I spent zero time looking into this.Moving past that, this is a solid amp. I don't have a dyno, instead using the same ears I have been since being heavily into car audio in the 90s. I compare these to known brand amps I have been using for years. In this case JL JD500/1 and powering a SA-Classic D4 12" sub wired to be a 2 ohm load.In this comparison the JL is rated at 500w RMS, the PLINIUS 400w RMS. The 100w discrepancy is negligible at best in terms of perceived volume. This is confirmed by comparing a reputable 400w amp against it.With both amps at the same LPF frequency and gains max before clipping. Audio quality and perceived volume goes to the JL. Audio quality is to be expected, volume should not have been discernible. This suggests the PLINIUS is not performing as advertised. Not by a substantial degree, just enough to be noticed. When I started playing with the two additional knobs the PLINIUS features, subsonic filter and bass boost, I was able to achieve a better sound quality. Further, I could achieve a higher perceived volume before distortion of the sub, than was previously possible. In the end, the JL wins hands down, but of course costs over 5x as much. However, the PLINIUS performed quite well for the rather low cost. All in all, I am pretty impressed with this compact amplifier. It does looks like it is from a different series, than the others I own. The housing is different, looking less premium and refined. I guess it comes down to price/performance ratio, where this unit does quite well.
