Purtroppo a causa del bloccaggio di un cuscinetto difettoso si è rotto il mozzo della ruota. Ho contattato il servizio di assistenza post vendita Womaqu che con estrema rapidità e cortesia mi ha inviato gratuitamente le parti di ricambio senza farmi pagare nulla, nemmeno le spese di trasporto. Nelle foto le parti del mozzo ruota che si sono rotte e nella bustina i ricambi che mi sono arrivati gratuitamente a casa. Prodotto eccezionale ed eccezionale anche l'assistenza post vendita. This RC truck was purchased for my 9-year-old son. RC car racing has become very popular among the kids in our neighborhood, so he spent a long time saving his own money and finally decided to buy this model. We were pleasantly surprised by its speed and power. Most RC vehicles designed for kids are fairly slow, but this truck is genuinely fast and handles grass, dirt, and rough terrain very well. One thing parents should know is that the speed is quite impressive, so it takes a little time to get used to controlling it. During the first couple of days there were a few crashes and rollovers while my son was learning how to drive it. However, after a few days of practice, he became much more confident and was able to control it very well. What impressed me the most was the chassis design. The suspension works well, the truck handles bumps and rough terrain with ease, and many of the mechanical components look surprisingly robust for a vehicle in this price range. It is clear that attention was given to the technical side of the design. My son was excited from the very first day and still enjoys driving it almost every day. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and would recommend this model to other families looking for a fast, fun, and capable off-road RC truck for their child. Excellent customer service and support. The seller responded to my message the same day and took the time to carefully clarify which parts were damaged and what exactly I needed. I also asked whether it would be possible to receive some extra spare parts in case of future issues. To my surprise, they generously sent not only additional replacement parts, but two complete spare sets as well as two complete sets of wheels. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. The replacement package arrived on time, and all parts were included as promised. I am extremely satisfied with both the product support and the customer service. Highly recommended.

Top RC-Auto mit extrem viel Fahrspaß – nicht nur für Kinder, sondern auch für Erwachsene. Mein Sohn liebt es und ich mittlerweile genauso. Für ein Einsteiger-Modell bekommt man hier wirklich unglaublich viel für sein Geld. Der Brushless-Motor ist der Hammer – ordentlich Power, schnell, kontrollierbar und sowohl Offroad als auch auf der Straße absolut genial. Driften funktioniert problemlos und das Auto steckt einiges weg. Besonders hervorheben muss ich auch den Support: Zusätzliche Akkus waren auf Amazon nicht verfügbar, also habe ich den Hersteller direkt kontaktiert. Ohne Diskussion wurden mir einfach 2 Akkus und ein Repairset kostenlos geschickt. Wirklich selten so einen guten After-Sales-Service erlebt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung. 1A Erlebnis von Anfang bis Ende.

La voiture a l'air robuste, et les accessoires de bonne qualité. Après plusieurs recharges de batterie, je constate une bonne autonomie (environ 15 minutes à puissance élevée). La vitesse max est impressionnante, et requiert une bonne habileté, mais pour les enfants, il est possible de réduire la vitesse pour l'apprentissage. Attention aux chocs contre des obstacles au début, la carrosserie peut s'abîmer. Dans l'ensemble, très satisfait du produit.

Super leuke auto voor mijn zoontje. We hebben het gegeven voor zijn verjaardag en hij is er erg blij mee. De auto is degelijk en kan makkelijk tegen stootjes. Vooral de snelheid (tot 40 km) vind mijn zoontje fantastisch!
