ResMed AirTouch F20 Frame System - Replacement Frame System with Full-Face Mask & Elbow - Premium CPAP Gear - Headgear Not Included - Large

I bought it for my son. It works well and forms a good seal. When He got his CPAP, they sent him a nose mask and it was very difficult for him to use, since he has a deviated septum and breathes out of his mouth at night. He wasn't wearing the CPAP a lot until we found this. Now he wears it every night.

This was a perfect fit for my son’s Resmed C-pap machine. Quality was good and had no leakage.

Airtouch is a memory foam compared to Airfit which is silicone, silicone lasts longer and seals better, an issue I was havin with Airtouch

It's much better for me than the F40. The F40 kept pinching my nose to where I couldn't breathe out of it. Also is said no headgear but it did come with headgear. Fits my face perfect.

I had Septoplasty surgery which left me unable to breathe through my nose for a few days (using nasal cushion). Ordered large size. Came with headgear that I used.Morning CPAP use report indicates needed more air loss control. Considering pain from surgery (extremely sensitive nose) I would do the same idea again.

I purchased this CPAP mask based on the product description, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations.Fit Issues: The mask was advertised as providing a comfortable, snug fit, but it didn’t stay in place at all. It was uncomfortable and caused leaks, making it nearly impossible to use.Not as Described: The product description claimed it was made with high-quality materials and designed for long-term comfort, but the mask felt flimsy and poorly made. It did not match the images or details shown online.Customer Service Nightmare: I reached out to customer service for assistance, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. Not only was the response slow, but when I attempted to return the mask, I was hit with a $96 restocking fee, which seems completely unreasonable. I only received a $6 refund after all of this, which is unacceptable.Overall: I would not recommend this mask to anyone. The product didn’t live up to expectations, and the customer service made the entire experience much worse. If you are considering buying this, I suggest looking elsewhere.
