It’s a dang good deal. Case hardened shafts. Pretty darn flat and straight. Temper your expectations on how smooth and quiet the bearing carriers ride. They aren’t bad, just not on par with the real expensive stuff. Perfect for my DIY router sled build. Excuse the mess, one car garage, I’m in the midst of 4 other projects simultaneously.

After receiving this item, my daughter and I built a couple of sleds to mount on these rails and were very pleasantly surprised on the easiness of how well the slides work on these rails. Top notch product and if you can build your own sled for your router, this item will save you hundreds of dollars.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good product. Rails very rigid and solid. Rollers smooth. Only complaint is it should have came with machine screws. I found it difficult to determine the size and find what was needed. This made the purchase incomplete.

So my intial order was wrong and was missing pieces. Had to return it and got a new one. After receiving it I was able to build my linear rail router sled. It was smooth and easy to assembly. Great overall product

As with just about every product on Amazon that is made in China, there is no real quality control or even thought for the end consumer. In particular, these rails come equipped with all the parts in the description. However, the bolts they provided for the bearing blocks are too long to be able to mount them with the companion rails you would purchase for setting up a sled. The other rails I purchased to use in conjunction with these don't come with any hardware, so you need to know that you will need to purchase them. There are American companies, like Woodpeckers who put out 10X higher quality products. Yes, it comes at a price. When you just do this as a hobby, you can stick to the crap coming out of China. I have transitioned to a business and will no longer purchase this crap. If you want high quality, you won't find it from Amazon in many cases. It's just tons of products manufactured in China. High output is their goal and it is apparent in their end products.

I used these for storage area bottom of travel trailer. I made a wooden box and use these to roll out and in. I made 2 boxes different sizes and easily roll out from each side

Cheap but works. For the length it is fairly Ridgid. Bearings move well but not smoothly. Tolerance is at +/- 1mm
