I originally got THE FINGER BLITZER to recover from trigger finger, and it has been a fantastic tool. The adjustable tension made it easy to safely strengthen my fingers, and after my trigger finger healed, I found it equally helpful for other finger injuries. Now, I use it daily for gentle exercises to maintain flexibility and strength. Pros: Adjustable tension makes it perfect for both recovery and general hand health. Compact, durable, and easy to use anywhere. Excellent for rehab and long-term maintenance. Cons: The yellow silicone grip at the bottom tends to come off when storing the device. It’s a small inconvenience but doesn’t affect its functionality. Verdict: Aside from the minor issue with the silicone grip, THE FINGER BLITZER is an outstanding tool for finger recovery and strength. It’s versatile, effective, and has become a key part of my daily routine. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve or maintain hand health!

Product is ok but the springs do not give a lot of resistance at full adjustment. However it’s a start and works well.

Brought this alongside the physio putty, to try & get my busted finger working properly again, it’s aimed at Physio type exercise not a toy to play with, it’s hard to use but my fingers are stiff, hopefully it will help with getting them stronger again.

Liked the ability to adjust the tension. Got my fingers blitzing!

Excellent, really helping to stretch my fingers and improve cramping.

I've recently restarted piano, after quite some years, and I use this to exercise my fingers. It is good for building strength and agility in individual fingers. Each of the pistons has adjustable tension, so you can set a starting resistance and increase it as necessary. It's quite a relaxing way to spend those spare minutes

Great idea but the plastic plungers keep jamming again the inside.

I had surgery to remove a tumor in one of my fingers. I had lost a lot of mobility and it made it difficult to type, write, etc. My doctor recommended one of these and I bought this. I kept it next to my chair and when I was just sitting I would pick it up and just work that finger. It took about a year but I got back about 75% of my mobility back. Due to the extent of the surgery I know I will never get back to 100% but I can now type, write and grip with the finger. Highly recommend.
