Defective product
Please don't buy this product. It doesn't really warm the food it would only waste your time while you connect it and wait for it to warm the food. You pack the hot food in the morning and it will make it cold by afternoon moreover when you switch it on and keep it on for an hour or doesn't warm it at all.

Low quality but value for money within 870/-
For 870/- it's good value for money. You set it to heating and let it work until auto cut kicks in. It won't give you the satisfaction of freshness but you will get something warm to eat. Now the bad things, the inside containers came out of shape making them difficult to fit inside. Also the power cable provided is not a proper fit with the socket of the unit. The power cord got it's colour scratched while I tried to fit it into the socket.

Value for money
The product is essentially fine but it has some design flaws. 1. The indicator is right at the bottom of the box, where visibility becomes an issue. 2. Taking out the power cord and keeping it back is a little difficult.
