Ease of use: This is a must buy if you are buying the smartstickx tactical walking stick. This T-shape handle adds much better grip and comfortability on long walks. I have walked for over 30 minutes and my hands are perfectly fine. Design is also good so it fits perfectly into your hands. Build quality is top notch and will probably last me forever.

even better than the standard top with the cloth and string., this handle offers a better grip perhaps not perfect anatomically but has a good grip and vert robust.

The T-shape handle is a great addition to the Smartstick—it offers a much more secure and comfortable grip. I got the SmartstickX with the T-shape handle for my dad, and he absolutely loves it. The handle gives him a comfortable and steady grip, especially on longer walks. It feels sturdy and well-balanced, which makes him feel more confident when walking outdoors or around the house.

While nice solid item the knirlling can be rough on bare hands under use. I work construction and have rough hands but this can be uncomfortable without gloves. Would be nice also if it was threaded so that when screwed on to stick it lined up with light everytime but easy fixe just mark stick and handle with a line of nail polish when it does line up and then you can almost always get it lined up right
