Messy
To be honest I wasn’t overly impressed with this glue, it is far to wet and takes too long to dry.It also seems to foam at times which is a little strange but this is meant to fill the gaps but it just kept leaking out the sides.Designed for wood, metal, stone and more. Seems to work better with long pieces of woods rather than corners etc. I think I will stick to my usual glue over this in future.

Not very practical
A good glue that does stick most things together but you do need to clamp down a fairly long time.If you have the time then is good otherwise it’s not that practical.

Works where others have failed.
Gator Glue - High strength adhesive for wood, metals, stone and more - 150ml – BrownThe glue. This glue claims a lot so I have put it to the test:Fixing my boots.I have some expensive rigger boots that had started to leak. This glue claims to will stick rubber to leather and make it water tight. I stuck the part that had come away and compressed it while it dried. It seemed to make a strong bond. The test.We have a small holding and these boots get very wet and have to go through all sorts of mud, long grass and other stuff. So far after three weeks these are still holding together and more importantly are water tight. So, it’s done the job where other glues have failed.Overall.So far so good, it’s bought me 3 more weeks of use out of these boots so I am happy! Good glue!

Super strong and weather proof
I used this in our garden to fix a bit of fencing to a fence post where the screw hole had gotten too worn to use. The wood was a bit wet on both sides but persevered and applied a wiggly line of glue about 3 inches long to the back of one side of the fence and held in place with a clamp. I checked after an hour (although 30mins is all it should need) and it was stuck hard.As it's rained a LOT over winter and been really windy with occasional snow and I'm pleased to say this is holding strong. Recommended.

Multi-purpose glue
The ability to form strong bonds between a wide range of material, makes this glue extremely useful. For DIY tasks Gator glue dries quicker than some leading alternatives. The glue expands as it sets, filling in cracks. Be prepared to remove any excess. This glue is also useful for modelling, if applied very thinly. You will need patience for parts to set, but for detailed work it does have some advantage over glues. You can try adding water to speed up setting. The main negative to be aware of is that the glue has a limited shelf after opening. The glue will progressively stiffen as it is exposed to moisture from the air.

Impressed
I’ve used this do far to glue a bit of wood on the base of a shed door where it was becoming a bit worn at the bottom and it’s done the trick. Easy to apply with a solid bond. It seals shut with the provided cap. I’m not sure how well it would be to work with more intricate jobs but for gluing a plank of wood on a door it’s worked a treat.
