It’s too soon to tell if it won’t mess up since I just got it today. Super easy to assemble. This was my first handy Mandy work and I did a pretty good job on my own. (I hope). The thing where you rest your knees does wobble a little too much but I’m hoping it’s not because I assembled it wrong. I will be double checking that out soon. I did 8 counts and felt like my bladder was going to burst inside lol. Super out of shape but you can tell this workout machine is gonna really do its job. If you have lower back problems as I do BEWARE that it will target that spot even on the lowest level. (I couldn’t do the highest level if my life depended on it) 😂 ..Overall everything was inside the box thank goodness cause I would’ve had to return it :( it came a bit messy inside but nothing was missing. It also came with instructions but I guided myself with the video that’s on display when you swipe thru the pics on Amazon. Would I recommend? HELL YESS. It will definitely target the belly area. You will feel the burn on your arms and your knees unfortunately. I’ll be wearing knee pads and a waist trainer to protect my lower back. Up to you what you wear. Just be careful if you’re a beginner like me. This will definitely not be easy to use at first but I’m sure we can get use to it with time. (: Also the foam pads are very good quality. They won’t tear off easily so I’m sure they’ll be durable. I love blue so the color is very beautiful. Oh just FYI if you’re a tall person this might be a little small for you. I’m between 5’6/5’7 and the machine is about right in length. However I feel if you’re taller it might be a little difficult for you to use. Good thing is this product qualifies for returns! Another reason why I bought this besides the very affordable price.

I am highly satisfied with the customer service and the product gives you a great workout.It's durable and can hold the weight. It's quiet and easy to use. The SMELL of the materials was horrendous. I almost didn't even put it together because of this but I aired it for a while and it became less potent. Still unpleasant when you hold the material and your hands then stink of the smell. It took forever to put together as it was hard to see and understand. There was a nice "how to video" on here that helped so much when putting it together, just wish I would have seen it sooner. It folds up nicely to put away. Overall it's a nice product.

Ok when they say this thing works they mean it! I am not in terrible shape but this thing makes you work. The first few days I had it I could only do 5 reps on the easiest setting. I am not up to 10 and you can really feel it work your muscles. I would say the only thing I didn't like was it was a little hard to put together! Once you get it assembled it is pretty self explanatory. There is plenty of padding so it doesn't hurt your knees. It seem well built, and doesn't take up a ton of space in my living room. Worth the buy!

I bought this machine to help get back into shape after my surgery. The machine was easy to assemble and I got it built within 30 minutes. The machine itself has adjustable heights, but don't be fooled about starting on the lowest setting. Starting on the highest setting is easier and you can definitely feel it in your abdominal muscles as well as your thighs. I'm still working on getting over 10 reps on this machine. Overall, I really enjoy it and it doesn't take up much space. I'll definitely buy from this brand again.

Great machine! Easy to put together and holds my weight nicely! I havnt been active in over a year so i feel the burn really quickly but also enjoy using it, easy to fold and store.
