I like these much better than the jar/holder I was using! I pull pens in and out of them all day and wore out the sticky pretty fast. I had to put back up with some other 3M backing. It wasn’t that the ones provided aren’t sticky, but not strong enough for how rough I am with things and how heavily I filled them initially. I feel like these might be useful for makeup too.

Still stuck where I put them. The small one has fallen a couple of times, but I do have heavier stuff in it. It's only done it twice since I got them (January). Sticks right back on, though.

As mentioned in many of the reviews, after about three weeks, the pencil holders fell off the monitor - the adhesive would no longer hold them. I removed the adhesive and replaced with some velcro on the monitor and the pencil holders, and problem solved. Disappointed that I had to do that, but I do really like the product otherwise.

One backing peeled off just fine. The other two, it was like they put the peel away on upside down because they wouldnt come off and now I have to use a command strip.

Yep, they're crap. The holders themselves are alright, cheap plastic, entirely acceptable, I guess. Don't be fooled, only the smallest size of post-it pad will fit into the double-decker, but the pencil-holder ones are alright. Where it goes bad is the double-stick foam tape they used: The adhesive is very strong, and the foam is very weak. Result: The adhesive sticks to the backer paper, so when you try to peel the backer paper off, the foam just tears, leaving a layer of torn foam well-stuck to the part. I did manage to get most of one of the pencil holders peeled, and stuck it to my monitor; it fell of a day later because the foam failed. It left the adhesive stuck to the part, and to my monitor, and the adhesive is an abolute pain to get off. Eventually, I did get the foam remnants and the mega-adhesive off the parts and my monitor, and used some silicone double-stick tape to assemble them as you'd imagine they are to be used, and they're good for that. I'm just unhappy about the 45 minutes to an hour I wasted fooling around with the tape. Typical Chinese crap. Would not buy again.

Perfectly holds my markers, pens, and highlights. Extremely easy to install but the preinstalled adhesive is very strong. Be sure you know where you want it before you stick, because there is not moving it. It holds very well, the color is muted and the design works perfectly for what I needed in my office.

🤦🏾‍♂️Be wary of this product. With the three pack that I received. The adhesive plastic strip that your supposed to peel off of the foam so it can stick to the monitor won't come off without peeling off the foam with it. 😮‍💨It was like this for both the two big compartments that I received, but the smaller one was fine.🤷🏾‍♂️ Update: After requesting replacements for the set through Amazon customer service, I was able to set up a swap exchange agreement for the defective ones, and when I received the new replacements, the adhesive plastic strips was finaly able to peel off the plastic strip so it would show the sticky adhesive, but a week later the adhesive stopped working with only one pencil in it, so My best advise for purchasing this product would be to not buy this product all together OR to buy it and then emiedately strip off the origional double sided tape and then clean the area with goo gone and then dry it and replace the adhesive with Gorrila's HEAVY DUTY double sided Mounting Tape. At least that's what worked for me.

Unlike some others have reported, the adhesive on these are strong. I ordered 2 sets and will be ordering more for home. EDIT: The far right (in the picture) holder fell off due to the weight after a few days. Removed the adhesive, scored the plastic with an x-acto knife, reapplied with 3M double-sided auto tape and pressed onto monitor for about 2 minutes. No problems sticking now.

These are an inspired idea, but despite having cleaned the area with alcohol wipes before applying, they don't stay stuck to any surface i've tried - not plastic, acetate and laminate. They might stick to metal, but that isn't what I have to stick them to. I haven't overloaded them, just a couple of pens in the long ones and erasers in the short one, but still they fall off - about once a day. As you can see in the pic, once just fell off as I took the photo. The small one stays on only because I have it supported with the remote for the lights. The next time they fall off I think I'll try to get some stronger adhesive, because I really do like the idea, they are very very handy.

Love them. They fit perfectly under my screen
