Best gate latch ever!
I installed a ranch gate across the middle of my drive to leave 2 parking spaces closer to the street and multiple spaces inside the gate for overnite parking. The latch is a two-way so I can outward towards the street or inward to drive to the side or rear of the house. ZERO sagging. Very sturdy and reliable.

Heavy duty latch
This is a heavy duty lock, I bought one for my gate and liked it so much I bought another one for my other gate. It is really easy to install and the open and close mechanism is super easy to use.
