Great fitness equipment for the price
For the price you pay, this is a great pull up and dip stand. It's easy to assemble, had a minor defect (see bend in picture), but works exactly as intended. You can do pull ups and dips, you can easily move it around, and get in a great workout. For what it's worth, I weigh about 150 pounds. It does shake some when you do pull ups, and I would not recommend ever trying kipping pull ups on this, but if you're doing strict form pull ups there should be no issues.

Simple review. Did its job. Sturdy where it needs to be.
General cast iron frame. Sturdy. Metal bolts very sturdy. Foam added on handles and midbar is comfy and sturdy so should last with moderate use for as long as foam lasts before it tears. Plastic circular feet designed for traction, they do add some slight suction as your weight pushes them down and reduces any gaps it would have while stationary. Less useful than it sounds, but it does allow it to stand flat instead of wobble or mark the ground with scuffs. It is height adjustable only for the top bar, which is fine for the price and adding plastic creates more chance for failure so the handles and side bar may not fit you as well as you need due to being static but should not impact stretches too much. Be very careful with where you want to place this so the ground is level and has no bumps. Would recommend weiging it down with sandbags or similar. Ive used it for over 200 pull ups so far and ive lowered the setting twice due to being too high for me so 4 notches from the top at 5'11 was good for me. It creaks, but is very hard to tilt while on the bar. I have shaken my weight every direction and only the bars that slide down move. It will wobble or move if pushed from waist level to floor level so big dogs or accidental human intervention can cause issues. For my width and use as a fairly skinny individual i fit inside no problem but would not recommend for anyone that tends to be wider or bulkier as that also offsets yhe center of gravity further for a skinny tall product. Directions to build were almost useless though but frankly it is easy enough to build without strict steps. I would recommend it just be understanding of your needs and what this is capable of for you.

Sturdy and Functional
I almost didn't order this due to some of the reviews, so I'll be blunt. Big people don't like it when gym equipment is too small, small people don't like it when gym equipment is too big. The dimensions are clearly labeled in a product picture, and yes for a pull up and dip station, it is on the smaller side. If you typically prop yourself up on dip bars and cannot bend your elbows because your arms are almost ninety degrees from your body, this is the one you need. I am 5' 2", this is the perfect size for those of us who were not blessed with productive growth spurts. As far as stability goes, if you know your rep movements are vigorous, and yes, you do know, then perhaps something that mounts to a wall or floor is more apropos. The instructions are clear, the hardware is sufficient, and it has held up to regular use. Another review stated that this is cast iron, it is not. It is a standard extruded steel which was then powder coated.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, great add to my workout
This power tower is exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted something that would let me do chin ups as well as offer an alternative to sit ups. I was able to assemble it without assistance and it feels very stable. I have the height set a bit lower than others, which may help with stability. I wish the straight bar across the front were higher to get a better stretch, but am still very pleased.

This thing is for small people
The model in the picture must be a very small person. This tower is pretty narrow, although it does extend fairly high for taller people or people with longer arms. I'm 5'10', 170lbs and this thing is pretty wobbly when I do either pullups or dips. Not so wobbly that I feel it will tip, but it doesn't give you a lot of confidence on the last few reps. I weighed mine down in the back with 4 cinder blocks across a 2x6 laid across the back legs. The unit isn't going to tip, but it sways a fair bit when you use it. Kipping is not going to happen on this, but fine for regular pullups and dips. The pushup bars on the bottom are there for structural stability more than as an aid to pushups. They're not functional for pushups unless you like your face meeting the stability bar in the back. You get what you pay for here. It works on the bare minimum of acceptability, but there are better units out there. I wish I had spent the extra $100-200 to get a more solid unit. It does what it says it will do, but if you are any bigger than I am it may not work. The instructions for assembly are not very good, but this isn't rocket science. Lay out the parts and its pretty apparent how it goes together.

Outstanding Adjustable Tower Dip Station!
This adjustable tower dip station is a fantastic addition to my home gym! The build quality is excellent, with a sturdy and durable frame that feels incredibly stable during workouts. The adjustability feature is a game-changer, allowing me to customize the height for different exercises like dips, pull-ups, and leg raises. The grips are comfortable and non-slip, ensuring a secure hold even during intense sessions. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. Overall, this dip station has significantly enhanced my workout routine, offering versatile exercises that target various muscle groups effectively. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their fitness game at home!

Awesome!
Product is easy to install thought quite difficult to fit it in a small space. You better make sure you want to keep it in one spot, otherwise youll have to disassemble it. The product is fine thought becomes loose quite easily. I think if this were engineered differently being conscious of space and portability then itd be 5 stars easily. For the home gym enthusiast, its an easy recommendation based on price.

Great for the price!!!
Just wanted to drop a quick review: The build is honestly really solid for the price! I was really surprised at how sturdy the build came out to be. And it was really straightforward to build. Took about 30min. For context I’m 5’10 180lbs and it hardly shook when I used it and when I did it was so slight but it did not take away from the workout. It was a bit more narrow than I expected but still very usable and I’m kinda of glad actually because it makes the dips feel a lot more fluid. Would highly recommend if you’re on a budget and looking for a power stand. Can’t really beat the price!!

Not what's in the photos
The product I receive is similar but not what was in the pictures. The base itself is already more than 4ft which is taller than what is claimed on the product description (22in). i bought this pull up bar because I assumed it would be this small and easy to stow away.
