I liked that everything was so adjustable to the length you need. You can hook it on to basically anything you want. The padding in the neck part is comfortable. One thing I had to fix was the strap. I just had to loop it a different way then how it was sent to me in order for the length to stay a certain length and not adjust when i put pressure on the hammock. I also wish that the neck support part was made of a more breathable material so my head could stay a little cooler.

This device does offer traction for the neck. A bit of experimentation to find the best angle and position for optimum results is required. Seems to be well made and will, hopefully, be durable. It is comfortable with good padding and soft fabric.

The bungee that “suspends” the head actually causes more problems for me. I find myself battling against too much movement in the bungee and with the way it is attached. My husband can put traction on my neck better than using this. Because of the neck strain from movement, my head usually starts hurting.

Bungee cord gives too much. Head will touch the floor before giving adequate tension/support for neck.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. It does work, providing just enough traction to relieve minor neck pain. Only con is how to “hang” it in the door.

Lightweight material. Had a time trying set up to use. Trying to give it a bit more time.

Definitely makes me relax with some music on!

Very easy to use. I felt immediate relief.
