Lovely product
This is the first time I’ve tried resistance bands for exercises and was confused which ones to use, but this was great as there are different strengths for beginners to expert labelled on the bands, which is a bonus. I had no idea I could use these for yoga either?!..so will give that a go.I love the colours and that they come with core sliders and a handy storage pouch. I’ve yet to try out the core sliders, but I’m watching videos and the handy guides these guys have supplied too.These are really nice buy and a good price, said happy with purchase.

Amazing quality!!!
These are the best resistance bands and sliders I’ve owned and they come in a lovely little carry bag. The sliders work perfectly on carpet and flooring and are excellent strong quality. The resistance bands come in 5 strengths! All labeled from x light to x heavy. They are so durable and such good thick quality. All other resistance bands I’ve had I have never got enough resistance from them as they never felt tough enough and feel like they would easily split, but not these!! By far the best quality I’ve seen! The postage was super fast too! I’m so happy with my purchase! 😊

An excellent way to boost your workouts!
These resistance bands are perfect for using to exercise anywhere and everywhere. The bands are great quality and don't roll up when you're using them like some cheap brands. I'm still learning to use the sliders, but the whole set feels really sturdy and has added so much variation to my workouts...I even look forward to using them!!

These are amazing quality resistance bands and core sliders! I’ve had many in the past and these are by far the best. The bands are comfortable and don’t dig in/ride up like others have in the past. Amazing products!!
