So far, so good. I have a problem of long standing, so I think this is going to take a while to be effective.

I wanted to share my experience with Heal-N-Soothe after taking two bottles. It has helped my back tremendously! While I still experience pain, especially on days when I’m more active, the discomfort is significantly less than when I wasn’t taking these supplements. However, they are quite expensive. Some users report that they can manage with just one dose a day (3 pills), but I find that I need to take 9 pills daily. This means one bottle lasts me only 10 days, and I still have some discomfort. Would I recommend Heal-N-Soothe? Absolutely! That’s why I’m sharing my experience. However, the cost is a concern for me, as it works out to about $5 a day for my dosage. Being on a fixed income, that daily expense is difficult to budget in, and I’m not sure I can continue at this price, despite the benefits. Glad Amazon has the smaller size so I don't run out during the month. My daily dosage is five pills, not three, for optimum relief. I love it that I receive the product within 24 hours.

I’ve taken Heal-N-Soothe for about 5 years, then stopped for 2years and just started back. It was working great for most of the time, but I did not like the fact the capsules got stuck on the way down to the stomach. They got stuck no matter how much warm water I drank between each capsule. Taking them 30 min before meal or 1 hr after meal wasn’t very convenient. I followed the instruction on the booklet which was more detailed than on the bottle at the time. After 5 years I decided to take some other turmeric supplement for joints because Heal-N-Soothe wasn’t working well as in a past. In 2 years, I switched 3 times. One of them worked well at the beginning, but none worked very well. I’m back on Heal-N-Soothe and it’s my 9th day. The instruction that came with it is very detailed now! It is great! I have not had the problem of capsules getting stuck, so no discomfort that I used to dread. The direction clearly states to take on empty stomach, but nothing about 30 min before or 1 hr after meal. The new instruction takes stress out of scheduling for me. In a past, the instruction wasn’t detailed at all like the new one. From what I can remember, start out with 3 capsules a day and increase until you find the dosage. I really appreciate the new detailed direction. In a past, capsules stuck and caused uncomfortable indigestion like feeling every single time I took them. This time, capsules do not get stuck, no uncomfortable burp or other digestive issues. Was there a change in capsules? This time, I noticed the improvement almost immediately. I’m glad I came back.

On 9th bottle….started for months on full douse now on 6 a day to maintain my health process. I feel better using Heal-N-Soothe.

I signed up for the "free" bottle ($9.95 shipping and handling) from the manufacturer - which automatically enrolls you in their auto-ship subscription service. I also ordered a bottle here. I finished the first, about 3/4 through the second, and received my third as part of my subscription. There has been no improvement in my low back pain. In fact I've had a few really bad days since I've been taking them - not implying they caused it, just that they haven't done anything to make it better. I have also experienced heartburn and extreme gastrointestinal cramping after taking the pills. Others have mentioned to take them with plenty of water and don't lie down afterwards, at least for 30-45 minutes. I've found that I still get the heartburn even if I don't lie down. The pills are very expensive, especially given the number you are instructed to take daily. And, while this doesn't apply directly to Amazon purchases, I will say that the company and marketing seems very 'scammy'. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be bombarded by marketing emails full of up-sells and "but wait, there's more" offers. Completely diminishes any credibility you might have thought the company had. Ugh! I gave it 2 stars because apparently it does help some people who can tolerate the side effects and over the top marketing. The only way these could possibly help my back pain is by making my wallet lighter. Very disappointed. Yet another pain relief dead-end. EDIT: I canceled my subscription, and initially thought I'd be stuck with the unused pills. But after contacting the company and telling them about my experience and the side effects I had, they gave me a refund on the 3rd auto-shipped bottle.
