Do legitimate kai scissors come in a plastic bag or box?

I ordered two, one came on a Kai bag the other came on a box.

How long is the cutting blade?

the 12" if from tip to bottom of the handles. 6" from tip to Screw. Mine are the Kai #7000 series, Model #7300 12"/30cm

Are these shears heavy?

Previously we used scissors Wiss Inlaid 20, we replaced them for KAI 7300 ... Workers prefer them because the scissors are lighter and keeps their cutting edge longer.Excellent for cutting fabric and leatherette
