This diffuser is cute but it sucks. I took it out of the box, set it up according to intrusctions, clicked the most button and it turned off second later. Never been used and already broken. DO NOT BUY

I ordered two of these, one worked and the other didn't (hence the 1 star deduction). The working diffuser is great though. Very cute and appropriate for my LO's nursery. The light feature is soft and not too bright or distracting for bedtime and sleeping. Also I can choose to stay with one color light or none at all. The diffusing stream has two settings, constant stream and intermittent. Intermittent will last throughout the night with two cups (provided with purchase)full of water. It is quiet. Make sure you have an extra charger with USB port handy in order to plug the diffuser in. The diffuser that didn't work would not stay on for more than 2 seconds after being turned on so I sent it back.

I rated it with 3 stars before as the diffuser did not work properly in the first couple days after using it. However, it did work with no problem after I tried something differently.The diffuser auto shuts off in about an hour or sometimes it shuts off in about 10-20 minutes (just like what other one star buyers described) before!However, I plugged it into a wall plug directly, and it worked pretty well!! It worked till all water was gone!!!If you like this diffuser, but it automatically shuts off by itself as mine’s before then you can try this method. Hope all these info will help!!

The product is advertised as working with a USB wall outlet or any USB port. The problem is (and I didn't catch it until it was in my home and I searched out the questions) that if you plug it into a wall plug adapter and then expect to plug it in an outlet, the most function won't work. Apparently, there is a power problem and it shuts the entire diffuser down. Others have reported it works great when plugged into a computer but I bought it for my 4 year old daughter's bedroom so it needs to be plugged in to a wall.

Giving two stars for the arrival time (got here a few hours befor expected), and the design (it looks exactly like the pictures posted. HOWEVER once I tried turn on BOTH the lights and water part for the aromatherapy the whole diffuser shuts off. I just got it today and the diffuser part just does t work, the multi color light works :) not as bright as I want (we use the diffusers for a night light)...I will be returning this week.

Simply plug into your computer, universal chargers and even portable banks since it doesn't come with the wall piece charger, only the USB one. But it doesn't bother me at all, it's just so easy to use and looks adorable. Would definitely buy again.

Diffuser doesn’t have an option to turn on for set amount of time, it’s either on or off. Also, I could only ever smell the diffused oils for the first 15 minutes or so, then it basically acted as a humidifier. Also, the light feature was a pain to turn off. I would not recommend.

I received my diffuser recently and I am very pleased with it.This diffuser is amazing. Easy to control color/water output, small and compact, easy to clean, and outright beautiful.I'm so pleased with this product, I plan on buying more of this model for my kitchen and bathrooms to purify the air in those rooms daily without having to move this one I just bought from room to room. Great quality product, excellent seller!
