Easy to swallow and tastes good
This D3 + K2 supplement with coconut oil is very easy to take consistently. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and there’s just a mild coconut oil taste/smell, but nothing unpleasant. D3 helps support calcium absorption and immune function, while K2 helps direct that calcium into bones instead of soft tissues, which is why they’re often paired together. I also like that the dosages are on the lower side, which makes it easy to take daily without worrying about overdoing vitamin D. Overall, it’s a simple, convenient supplement with no issues so far and something I’ll continue using.

Strengthens bones
Best purchase of Vit D3/K2 (with coconut oil). There is a scent yet I love the scent of coconut. I love that it’s a softgel. It doesn’t stick if kept in a cool, dry area. If it does stick, just keep in the fridge. Out of all the Vit D products, this is the best by far. A great bone strengthener for my condition.

Great Vitamin D3.
Not sure if this works. Same brand 5,000 IU definitely works and is confirmed with lab tests. No particular taste and is great value for money. I had to change from 5,000 IU to this as my deficiency is addressed with same brand 5,000 IU soft gels. Their soft gels are of high quality as they do not stick together and stays dry.

Taking Vitamin K2 with D3 ensures that calcium is properly absorbed and directed to your bones instead of building up in your arteries or soft tissues.
