A must have to add amplifiers to your factory system
Perfect solution to my problem, as I added 2 aftermarket amplifiers to my factory stereo in my 2013 Ford explorer limited and needed the high output converter with remote turn on. Really excited with the sound quality and everything works without static or voltage drop, so I really recommend this product.

Uses speaker signal for amo remote wire
Best line output converter don’t have to run remote wire

does what it's supposed to do
I've used this to tap into the factory sub wires and feed into an Alpine amp, does a good job.

Better than expected
Perfect for eliminating the 'pop' sound from speakers when starting the car with the audio system already on. Its even better than the kiscloc (kicker). It requires an additional 12v wire unlike the kicker model.

I dont have speakers in my trunk to tap into!!!
Not everbody has speakers in the trunk. I have a 2009 toyota matrix. My 4 speakers are located in all of my doors only. So i had no choice but to install the pac lp7-2 behind my stock radio. I looked up toyota matrix radio wiring diagram on google and had to tap into the harness. I only had to tap 3 wires. The 12 volt constant, Right rear positive and Right rear negative. I am using a mono amp so one speaker tapped will do the trick perfect. The ground i needed to hook up to was located on the chassis with a radio ground already hooked to it so i just loosened the bolt and added the ground wire from the lp7-2 (picture of what that looks like included). I installed the 4 guage amp kit in my car like i normally would if i was using an aftermarket radio. So the remote wire from my amp was then connected to the super awesome remote wire that is on the lp7-2 (So glad i did not have to use the fusebox or something wierd like that). Got the RCA's connected and tested out the radio to see if my amp turned on and off and to test the volume and tune it. It instantly worked like a charm very deep bass from my alpine type r 12's and alpine amp no problem whatsoever highly recommend this product. Best line output converter i have ever used without a doubt. Great quality

Get something better like a lc2i pro this isn't worth it. Cheap quality.
Way better locs out there speand the extra money get a lc2i pro because my speakers wouldn't produce enough voltage to push the amp.
